I had read some more recent reviews and took a chance on this for my son. My heart was set on this as I knew hed love it. The delivery was right on time. The packaging upon opening surpassed what my own expectations were. Safe snug and secure. It took quite some time to unpackage it all which shows the care put into it. Within 25 minutes after prepping and getting everything together, the bike was together and he was off and running. Its been two days and hes still sticking with 2nd gear and staying around 23. It seems to be his comfort zone as he didnt expect it to go that fast. Its quite smooth and the suspension on this is crazy. Weve been out watching him glide over curbs and other things in the neighborhood. We are overjoyed. Thank you.

Powerful E-Bike with Excellent Design and Outstanding Customer Service! I purchased the M5max electric bike two months ago, and I must say, I am beyond impressed! The bike's design is strikingit looks just like a motorcycle, giving it a bold and stylish appearance. Riding it is an absolute thrill! Its incredibly powerful and can accelerate to 35 mph within just a few seconds. The fat tires are perfect for all terrains, and the shock absorption is excellent, making every ride smooth and comfortable. I absolutely love it! I also want to highlight the outstanding customer service. A few days ago, I accidentally damaged the headlight while riding. I immediately emailed Luckeep to purchase a new one, and the customer service team responded very quickly. They sent me a replacement headlight in no time. When it arrived, the installation was straightforwardI just plugged it in, and it worked perfectly. It was super easy and convenient! Overall, this has been an amazing purchase, and I couldnt be happier with both the product and the excellent support from Luckeep. Highly recommended!

Worth the wait....so far! This is my 22nd ebike in 2 yrs, I've been buying/selling/reviewing ebikes for a very short time, but as I said have had many! The Luckeep M5 Max , is without a doubt the most beautiful and quality ebike I've had! It's in the top 3 bikes I've owned, and im down to 4 now that im keeping! It's so gorgeous, so smooth and comfortable, im loving it! Top speed isn't quite 37.5 like advertised, but for someone a little bit lighter in weight, I suppose, I have gotten to 34 mph, and the looks are second to none, I HIGHLY RECOMMED this machine! It's well worth the wait, and the money!
